The Bugaboo Gecko is very similar in design to the Cameleon, but is not quite so flexible in its adjustment of height and separation of the seat.
The Bugaboo Bee range of prams is a great deal more custom in its approach and enables you to recline the seat or reverse it to work in either direction.
