The Bugaboo Gecko is very alike in design to the Cameleon, but is not really as flexible in its adjustment of height and separation of the seat.
The Bugaboo Bee range of prams is a great deal more tradition in its approach and allows you to recline the seat or reverse it to work in either direction.
